A new video of former NHL player, Wayne Gretzky, has been released where he was seen meeting with Team Canada before they won the 4 Nations Face Off. In this video, Wayne Gretzky is seen entering the locker room and addressing the team.

Wayne Gretzky said, "First of all, congratulations. You made the hockey world proud, ex-players, and of course the country, so good for you guys. It's been fun to watch. I know you give up a lot of time to do these kinds of things, but nothing is more fun than playing for the country. So I wish you guys good luck tonight."
Now, fans feel differently for the NHL icon. A fan wrote, “This took way too long to go viral”, while another fan wrote, “Gretzky's contributions are unquestionable, and calls to strip him of his citizenship simply because of someone's political stance are ridiculous.”
